We are not licensed legal, psychological, or medical professionals. All coaching, advice, and information provided are for educational and support purposes only and should not replace professional therapy, legal counsel, or medical care.

By participating in coaching or using our materials, you understand and agree that:

• We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
• You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and well-being.
• Coaching sessions may be recorded (with your consent) for note-taking or quality purposes.

3. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

All pricing for services and packages is listed on our website. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

• Refunds are available if requested within 24 hours of purchase and 24 hours before the first scheduled session has taken place.
• Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.
• Group Zoom sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date (subject to availability).
• The “Breaking Free Partner” program renews monthly. Cancellations must be made 7 days before the next billing date to avoid charges for the upcoming month.

To request a refund, contact us at thrive@breakingfreeproject.com. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Story Submissions

If you choose to share your story with us, you may do so anonymously. By submitting a story, you grant us permission to use your submission (in whole or in part) for educational or awareness purposes, including publication or discussion on our platform, unless you request otherwise in writing.

We reserve the right to edit submissions for clarity, anonymity, and appropriateness while maintaining the integrity of your story.
